We’re glad you’re here. At Napier Elementary, we believe strong partnerships between families and school are essential to student success. Family plays a powerful role in every child’s learning journey, and we value the support, guidance, and encouragement you provide each day.

Family Involvement & Support

Napier Elementary is proud to partner with Community Achieves, an MNPS initiative that connects schools with community partners and resources to support the whole child and the whole family. Together, we work to create a caring, inclusive environment where students can thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Families have access to a wide range of supports at Napier Elementary, including:

• Family Resource Center support, offering food, clothing, hygiene items, and essential household goods
• Community‑based partnerships and referrals connecting families to additional services
• Distribution events for food, school supplies, coats, and other seasonal needs
• Mental health resources and counseling referrals
• Workforce development and employment referrals
• Family nights and engagement events
• Volunteer opportunities to support our school community
