Welcome to Napier Elementary School. Where we are working together to inspire leaders, learners, and high achievers. Napier Elementary School is a Lighthouse School, which is the highest certification set by Franklin Covey. It is a significant benchmark that is attainable by all Leader in Me schools that implement the Leader in Me process with fidelity.
Being a part of the Napier family is extremely rewarding to me and I will continue to cultivate this community by building teacher capacity, building a collaborative culture of learning inclusive of all voices, create structures for high quality coaching and feedback, and engage families and community stakeholders in all decision making. I look forward to a fantastic year.
Napier Elementary School is a hub for the community. We serve 300 pre-K to 5th grade students in the South Nashville area.
At Napier we believe that all children are uniquely made and we believe that it is our responsibility to help students find the leader within themselves and discover their unique talents. We do this by providing endless opportunities such as chess, cheerleading, swim lessons, drama club, coding, basketball, gardening club and Yoga.
